Tsukuba Parts Shop Refund Policy

At Tsukuba Parts Shop, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.

Exceptions:

  • Out of Stock Items: If an item becomes unavailable or is out of stock at our supplier after your order is placed, a full refund will be issued for that item.

  • Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
